Mercedes-Benz Stadium is in downtown Atlanta, next to the Georgia World Congress Centre and the Centennial Olympic Park.

The best public transport option is MARTA, Atlanta's rapid transit system. The Blue, Green, Red, and Gold Lines all serve the stadium, with the GWCC/CNN Centre Station and Vine City Station both providing direct access.

Downtown Atlanta parking is extremely limited and expensive; MARTA is strongly recommended for all World Cup matches.

Flying In

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport connects directly to downtown via MARTA. The airport is approximately 20 minutes from the stadium by MARTA rail, or around 20–40 minutes by car in normal traffic.

Where to Stay

Downtown Atlanta is the easiest option; hotels are a 10–20 minute walk to the stadium gates, an advantage no other US host city has.

Midtown is a great choice for nightlife, with clubs, dancing, and live music.

Matchday Tips

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has the best transit access of any venue in the 2026 tournament, so use MARTA where possible.

Arrive at least two hours before kickoff, and after the match, consider using Vine City Station rather than GWCC/CNN Centre, which gets extremely crowded post-game.
