Brighton & Hove Albion Club Information

Brighton & Hove Albion have experienced one of the most interesting journeys in English football in recent history.

For much of their history, Brighton played outside the top flight. During the 1990s, the club endured significant financial difficulties, including the loss of their home stadium and several relegation battles in the lower divisions.

This makes Brighton's establishment as a Premier League club since 2017 even more impressive. The club has continued to develop its reputation for attractive football and an effective scouting system that has helped identify and develop talented players.

Notable Brighton players include Peter Ward, Martin Keown, Dean Saunders, Glenn Murray, Bobby Zamora, Lewis Dunk, Alexis Mac Allister, Moisés Caicedo and Kaoru Mitoma.
